【补气益血】山药莲藕鸡汤
最近几乎天天炖汤~~比起之前不常喝汤的我们,感觉多喝汤还真是有很多好处。
主料 鸡肉 (小半只) 莲藕 (1段) 山药 (1根) 花生 (100g) 枸杞 (50粒)
辅料 老姜 (1块) 料酒 (2.5毫升) 大葱 (4小段) 食盐 (适量)

新鲜鸡肉处理干净后,斩块;这一步可以请店家代劳;
